At the brain & body movement, Brenda Sanders helps women regulate their nervous systems through science-based movement so they can stop pushing and start feeling steady in their bodies.

She came to this work through lived experience. Years of chronic stress, anxiety, pain, and burnout taught her that the body isn’t broken — it’s overwhelmed.

By shifting from intensity and control to nervous system support, her health changed. Pain eased. Sleep returned. Her body felt safe again.

Today, her work is grounded in nervous system science, somatics, and real-life application, helping women build resilience without pressure or depletion.
