The Brain & Body Movement™ draws from neuroscience, somatics, and nervous system research including polyvagal theory, vagus nerve stimulation, and sensory integration techniques to help your body feel safe enough to stop bracing and start restoring.

You’ll have access to two class styles:

Quick Boost™ (15 minutes)
Short sessions using brain-based patterns, cross-lateral movement, and gentle resistance to help shift you out of stress, fast.

Restore™ (60 minutes)
Slower, deeper movement designed to help your nervous system downshift and your body fully exhale

Some classes use light weights. You can always modify or do them body-weight only.
Everything is low-impact, knee- and wrist-friendly, and adaptable to your energy.
